New 10" special wheel arrangement cart with extra capacity for large mail centers. Long solid metal cart moves easily with 10" rear tires and 4" swivel casters.
Upper file box holds up to 200 legal size hanging file folders. (Hanging file folders sold separately.)
Lower package area sloped back to keep packages stable while moving.
