Medium Cart with Upper Basket Cover and Lower Nylon Bin

Our multi-task cart with grey sloped bottom shelf and upper file basket with security cover is perfect for all your mail routing needs. Features lift-out wire basket with nylon security cover. Easily holds 150 hanging file folders for individual or departmental mail or for small letters and envelopes. Sloped lower shelf features lower nylon elastic bin with pull down sides for larger packages. Lower shelf is slightly tipped back so it can hold more packages and they won't rattle out when moving. Tubular steel construction with 10" semi-pneumatic tires in back and 4" swivel casters in front. (Hanging file folders sold separately.)

Specifications:

  • Push handles are 17 gauge precision bent steel tubes with welded in axel bracket for the 10” rear wheels.
  • Front handle is punched for our bolt in 4” swivel ball bearing casters with special 1” post.
  • Casters always stay tight eliminating caster fall out.
  • Mail cart frame is 16 gauge 1” x 1 1/2” square steel tubing with solid welded 1/4” rods for rigidity.
  • Frame has 4 heavy-duty, 14 gauge, wrap-around brackets for a tight fit and the best connection to the round tubular handles.
  • Sturdy steel frames for lasting durability even when fully loaded over rough and uneven terrain.
  • Lower shelf is 18 gauge steel with folded sides for smooth edges and extra corner spot welds for extra strength.
  • Each shelf is powerdura painted specifically formulated to resist chips and corrosion.
