The simplified design of the Elite 500 Friction Folder makes it one of the easiest folders to operate in the market today. The Elite 500’s “shop proven” reliability has made it the most requested folder in production today. The feed and delivery stations are on the same side for the operator’s comfort and convenience.
The Elite 500 Friction Feed Folder is unaffected by press spray powder and is designed for applications where coated stock is not used often. This unit also eliminates ink smudging and allows most products to go directly to the folder.
The Elite Friction Folder comes with a Fold Chart for easy and quick set up for most common folds.
Micro adjustments allow precise fold settings to be dialed in after primary fold settings have been completed.
